Reference project of an exclusive passive house in industrial aesthetics with a warm living atmosphere in the Rhine-Main area.
Planning + Design
An exclusive passive house with 350 m² of living space combines industrial aesthetics with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The striking entrance portal leads into rooms with 7-meter-high ceilings, exposed concrete walls, and an elegant oak cantilevered staircase with a glass balustrade. Strategically positioned windows offer views of the sky from every room while ensuring privacy from the neighbors.
Technology + Equipment
State-of-the-art passive house technology with a heat pump and solar panels meets a traditional tiled stove as a design element. A smart home lighting system with exclusive Ingo Maurer luminaires and acoustically optimized suspended ceilings ensure a perfect living environment. A separate apartment on the ground floor expands the living space options.
Materiality + Outdoor area
The contrast between the gray facade and warm oak windows defines the minimalist design. The 800 m² outdoor area, featuring sandstone, weeping willow, and ivy, forms a verdant frame around the industrial yet inviting architectural concept. Consistent lighting design underscores the harmonious connection between the interior and exterior spaces.
